Refund Policy

At Onak Perfumes, we take pride in offering fragrances of exceptional quality. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
